Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant), or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments, swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed), and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
We understand that sizing can be tricky.
- If you need a different size, please request an exchange within 7 days
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will cover all costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
