All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to suspected fraud or verification requirements.

International Customers

For international customers, we strongly recommend using a package forwarding service.

By using a forwarding service:

  • The customer assumes all responsibility once the package is delivered to the forwarding address
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay occurring after delivery to the forwarding service

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure secure delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping fees

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by California law.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Carrier delays

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered:

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees
